What is The Hammel Plan?

THP is an annual reduced fee savings plan for families and individuals that allow all THP Members to receive quality dental care. Unlike conventional plans, with THP there are no deductibles, no yearly maximums, and no waiting periods to begin treatment. THP benefits coverage begins immediately on plan registration.

How does THP benefit me?

As an exclusive member, you get to enjoy these benefits, over a $793 value, for a minimal cost!

How much will THP cost?

A THP Membership is $450 for an initial plan member and only $400 for each additional family member living in the same household; which represents an additional savings of $50 per member. Eligible family members include spouse and dependent children ages 4 to 18 (up to age 23 if dependent child is a full time student).

How do I sign up?

Signing up for THP is fast and simple. Stop by Hammel Dentistry and one of our friendly staff members can enroll you. Simply provide payment for your membership at the time of enrollment and you can begin using your exclusive member benefits today! All THP Membership fees are due and payable at the time of registration and are non-refundable. Plan duration is for one year from registration date. All patient portions are due at time of services in order to receive benefits. All members of a THP family account will have the same anniversary date as the primary member.
